I’ve owned this 2003 Suzuki DR-Z400E since 2006, nearly 20 years, and I’m only selling because we’re relocating and downsizing.
This is a seriously great bike and a fantastic example of Suzuki’s legendary DR-Z400E—powerful, lightweight, reliable and extremely capable on the trails and in the desert.
The bike received extensive professional service and upgrades before being placed into garage storage and has seen essentially no use since that work was completed. Rather than simply putting fresh gas in it and selling it after sitting, I recently took it back to Critical Performance Racing (CPR) and had them professionally go through the bike again and get it ready for its next owner.

The bike has had substantial professional service and maintenance performed, and I have receipts documenting the work.
The new oversized Acerbis desert fuel tank is an excellent upgrade for longer trail and desert rides, and the bike is sitting on new tires that have never even seen the dirt.
This DR-Z does show normal cosmetic scratches and scuffs consistent with the age and intended use of an off-road motorcycle, but overall it presents very well and has been in my possession since 2006.
After sitting in storage, I wanted the next owner to get a bike that had been properly gone through rather than an unknown project. That’s why I invested in having it professionally serviced again before offering it for sale.
This is a seriously great DR-Z400E that’s ready to get back out and be enjoyed.
